General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of BABSA Boutique Home
Welcome to BABSA Boutique Home. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we encourage you to carefully read our terms and conditions.
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BABSA Boutique Home (SOCIÉE DOSA sarl – ICE 003597286000057 – ID Fiscal 66109768), located in Douar Laarab, Essaouira, Morocco, and any customer booking a stay. By booking a stay with BABSA Boutique Home, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.
Reservation and Confirmation
Reservations can be made via our website, by email (at sabine@babsahome.com ), by phone/message, or via our partner platforms. Required information includes full name, contact details, preferred dates of stay, room type and any special requests.
The reservation is considered confirmed after payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. For reservations made within 15 days prior to arrival, a 100% payment is required.
Payment of the deposit must be made within 48 hours of the reservation request to confirm it.
The balance of the stay is payable 15 days before arrival.
Rates and Payment
Rates are in euros. Payment is made in Moroccan dirhams (rate: €1 = MAD 10.50). Rates include accommodation and breakfast, unless otherwise stated. Local tourist taxes are added to the displayed rate.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), in cash Moroccan dirhams (MAD), or in cash euros (rate 1 € = 10.50 MAD). Checks are not accepted.
The balance of consumption, meals and extras for the stay is payable upon departure.
Cancellation and Modification Conditions
Any cancellation/modification must be notified in writing (email to sabine@babsahome.com).
Cancellation more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date: deposit fully refunded.
Cancellation between 45 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 15 and 45 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: The entire reserved stay will be charged.
In case of early departure or no-show: The entire booked stay will be charged.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of late arrival (after 9:00 p.m.), the guest must inform the establishment in advance.
Responsibility
BABSA Boutique Home declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to customers' personal belongings in the establishment.
Children must be under the constant supervision of their parents or guardians. BABSA Boutique Home cannot be held responsible for accidents involving unattended children.
Internal Regulations
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and interior common areas of the house.
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs accompanying people with disabilities.
Guests agree to respect the peace and quiet of the premises. Any disturbance or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Gift Cards
BABSA Boutique Home gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can only be used for services offered by BABSA Boutique Home in Essaouira, including accommodation, meals, and souvenirs available on site. Gift cards are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-divisible, and cannot be given a change. If not used within the allotted time, they will be considered expired and will not be refunded or extended.
Personal Data
The information collected during the booking process is necessary for the management of your stay and is treated confidentially, in accordance with current regulations.
Disputes
These general conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent courts.
